I am a Quality Assurance professional with nearly a decade of experience ensuring product reliability across diverse industries from entertainment and media at Nickelodeon, to e-commerce at Boxed, to video technology at Vimeo, and most recently, AI-driven hearing solutions at Jabra Hearing. My career has given me the opportunity to work on web, mobile, OTT, and AI-powered chatbots, where I’ve built QA frameworks, led cross-functional testing efforts, and applied data-driven insights to improve user satisfaction and product stability. What ties all of these experiences together is my philosophy that QA is not just about finding defects it’s about creating trust in the product through strategy, collaboration, and continuous improvement

The final step is creating clear documentation and sharing knowledge across teams from test cases to post-release reports so quality becomes sustainable and scalable
